Returns / Exchanges

VAGABOND will ONLY accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Before sending out your item(s), please review the following steps below.


Please email customer service at VAGABOND Customer Service within 5 business days of receiving your order. Exchangeable items must be in original form, and should be unworn and unwashed. If your product was damaged during shipment, please provide photos in the email so that we may rectify any issues.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, VAGABOND will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s).  VAGABOND recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. VAGABOND is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.



You will be contacted via email after your order has been received and reviewed by VAGABOND, and you will be provided with shipping information for your new item.
